FTDT actively engages with communities to identify and support talent at the grassroots level. Through collaborative projects, we aim to bring about positive social change and provide opportunities for artistic expression. We highlight the works of local emerging filmmakers, facilitate screenings in the community, and connect young talent with mentorship opportunities.

To achieve this,  Film Talent Development Trust, celebrate creative excellence by organizing events at community level that highlight the achievements of young talent.
